Greetings!  I'm Dershuan Hwu, an industrial designer and product planner based in Taiwan. I work across the full arc from research to production — uncovering what riders and users actually need, translating those insights into product and CMF strategy, and staying close enough to the factory floor to see the decisions through to launch. My background spans design research, health design, and hands-on manufacturing execution, and I like sitting exactly where those worlds meet.
